Do not dwell in your old suffering and miseries round and round in your head. You will become those miseries and suffering physically, you are what you think. If you continuously think you are a victim or suffering you will be that victim in reality.
Think of all the hurt and evil people do to you as that those people are controlled by an outside force (archon/ demon), that entity feeds of your angst, suffering, tears and hate. Think of that demon and visualise him to starve to death, not about the person/ group who wronged you.
If you have paths of hate (repetitive toughts) in your brain to someone it will never better you. Break that circle of dementia. Put the blame on that outside interdimensional parasite/ archon. And think to yourself: not today demon, hehehe, you get no food from me. You get no hate or negativity from me you dumb sodomite. I am a child of God and not your fuel.
I am your End.
Train yourself to do this when you have hate/ big frustrations on someone and you start the same old thoughts again. Don’t repeat the same thoughts over and over, just stop thinking about that person you personally know, and exteriorise it into an archon/ parasitic demon. Blame that entity for their bad behaviour.
And watch it suffer from lack of food/energy.
It will calm you down and focus your attention on other things, then the same thoughts that have been going round and round in your head for way too long. It stops you from running around in your head with constantly the same negative facts or ideas, and at the same time starves hate/ evil/ the devil.

Visualise an archon that became a stone statue because it died when it got no food from you because you deny him your emotions/ hate/ frustration and anger. Visualise this entity crocking, whiddering and emaciated to death, only carcas left, putrified and leathered skin, because it got no energy/ food of your hate and frustrations from you.
Not today you will get food from me devil. You starve, and I will watch you die with a smile on my face. Lord knows I deserve this pleasure of watching Evil DIE.
Think about this Archon as a cockroach that just got gassed, belly up, the paws and claws retracting into rigor-mortis. Shivering and in agony because it is starving, dying or already turned into unliving stone. A demented statue for you to smash into a 1000 pieces whenever you feel ready. Or whenever you desire to break gods and demons alike. You starve evil and the sheitan to death, putrify it, and than smash it into dust and into oblivion.
Don’t imagine that person who wronged you, everytime you go there: imagine what you realy want, for evil to die. Visualise it. Make it a statue that gets putrified the longer you don’t give it your hate or revenge feelings. You don’t feed evil, you just starve it. And stand laughing over it’s grave.
There is a nice saying on hate: Hating someone is like taking a bit poison yourself everyday and hoping that that other person will die.

How much of a powerfull god are you when he/she, your religion or faith can not handle the Truth or critique, hmmm..? Indeed, your god has no power, it is already afraid of words, that dumb sodomite.
